For the web application/desktop application:
In our current version of the service, only English is supported.
Note: However, web app users can install a browser extension that enables translation into any language.
For iOS/Android apps:
Currently, the mobile app supports two languages: English and Ukrainian.
To change the language:
1. Tap ☰ to expand the left navigation panel;
2. Select the gear icon ⚙️ in the top right corner;
3. Click "App Settings";
4. Tap "Change Language".
To activate dark mode, follow the steps below based on the platform you are using:
For the web application/desktop application:
1. Click on your profile picture (top right corner);
2. In the dropdown menu, locate the dark mode switch;
3. Click on it to activate the dark theme.
For iOS/Android apps:
1. Tap ☰ to expand the left navigation panel;
2. Select the gear icon⚙️ in the upper left corner;
3. Click on "App Settings";
4. Enable the dark theme.
Note: Dark or light theme is automatically activated based on your device's chosen theme.
In this article, you can learn how to create your workspaces, projects, pages, sub-pages, and tiles and how to use the expanded block (focus view).
Starting from the main workspace page, go to the project you want to share and click on "Share" in the top right corner. Enter the email address of the user in the corresponding field, select the access level from the dropdown menu (such as editor, viewer, commenting rights), and click "Invite."

Starting from the main page of the workspace or from the left menu in the project, open the trash bin and find the project, page, or sub-page you need. By clicking on them in the bin, you can preview their content. They will be displayed with a red stripe, giving you the option to restore or delete them permanently.
Alternatively, you can directly restore or delete them permanently right from the trash bin.

☝ Important: Changing your email address in the xTiles app is only possible if the new email address is not already linked to an existing xTiles account.
1. To initiate the change, send two separate emails from your current email address to the email address you want to link to your xTiles account;
2. In each email, include the following text: "I would like to change my email address from [current address] to [new address];
3. Send these emails to [email protected] .
☝ Important: For accounts registered through Google or Apple, you need to set a password for your account before changing the email.
Follow these steps:
◦ In the top right corner, find "Profile";
◦ In the pop-up, click on "Account Settings";
◦ Locate the "New password" section;
◦ Set a new password and save it.
Afterward, proceed with the steps from point 2.
