You can directly embed content from various programs into xTiles using the following features:
"Embed" block:
- Google Drive: Embed Google documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and other files directly onto your xTiles page.
- CodePen: Add code snippets from CodePen to your page.
- Typeform: Embed surveys that users can fill out directly in xTiles.
- Amplitude: Add public dashboards.
- Widgets: Use Pomodoro timer, weather, sliders, time displays, forms, and much more.
"Embed PDF" block:
- Display fully loaded PDF files on your page.
In addition to that, you can also embed the following content:
- Tweet: Embed links to tweets on the canvas or in a tile to display tweet posts, including videos, on your page.
- YouTube video: Embed links to YouTube videos on the canvas or in a tile, or use the "YouTube video" block to play a video player with the desired video.
- Images: Embed links to images on the canvas or in a tile, or upload them using the special "image" block.
- Audio: Upload and play audio files using the dedicated audio block.

In this article, you can learn how to create your workspaces, projects, pages, sub-pages, and tiles and how to use the expanded block (focus view).
Starting from the main workspace page, go to the project you want to share and click on "Share" in the top right corner. Enter the email address of the user in the corresponding field, select the access level from the dropdown menu (such as editor, viewer, commenting rights), and click "Invite."

Starting from the main page of the workspace or from the left menu in the project, open the trash bin and find the project, page, or sub-page you need. By clicking on them in the bin, you can preview their content. They will be displayed with a red stripe, giving you the option to restore or delete them permanently.
Alternatively, you can directly restore or delete them permanently right from the trash bin.
