Downgrading to a free plan on its own doesn’t affect your commission — it’s based solely on your referral’s first payment. If that first payment is refunded within our standard refund window, we reserve the right to claw back the corresponding commission.
Is it permissible to refer myself to the affiliate program?
No, you can’t refer yourself to the program. The intention is to reward you for referring others, and it’s not intended as a means to secure a discount on your own account.
How will I receive payment for referring new customers?
Payments are processed and issued through PartnerStack once the reconciliation period shown on your partner dashboard has passed. The minimum payout is $5.
