How to Submit a DMCA Report
This site does not run a live submission form. To submit a takedown notice, please email the details below to [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Report”.
Please include:
- Whether you are the owner of the infringing content, or an agent authorized to act on the rightsholder’s behalf;
- Your full name and job title;
- The copyright owner’s name;
- Your address (street, city, state/province, ZIP, and country);
- A corporate email address and, optionally, a phone number where you can be reached;
- The URL(s) of the infringing content.
By submitting your report, you state UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY OF LAW that:
- I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the sharing of copyrighted material at the location above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a fair use).
- I hereby state that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of, the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed.
- l acknowledge that under Section 512(F) any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
