How to plan your month in a few steps with the xTiles Monthly Schedule Template

Start with adding federal holidays, local holidays, school holidays if you have kids, etc., before setting your plans to ensure your schedule takes this into consideration. The template includes a calendar widget to help you plan precisely.

Create a list of your monthly goals. It will be a basic to-do list with checkboxes. If there’s a goal more important than others, you can make it more visible using different color banners or fonts. You can turn your goals into tasks directly from this point. Just choose the needed option in the menu. All your tasks will be accessible in your taskbar menu and calendar.

Then, start adding tasks to every week. Don’t forget to mention what you want to focus on during this week. These priorities might easily be changed with no harm to the overall structure if your perspective changes as a result of something you have done or are not doing at the moment.

The template is designed in neutral colors, but you can easily customize it by choosing something else. Also, you can add new sections or visuals to turn a template into your personal monthly calendar schedule.
