We are looking for a Backend Engineer who doesn't just "code by tickets," but wants to take ownership of architectural decisions and grow alongside the product.

What You Will Do:
✦Design and develop microservices using Kotlin + Spring Boot (WebFlux).
✦Optimize data performance: MongoDB for storage, Elasticsearch for full-text search, and Redis for caching.
✦Build reliable event streams via NATS JetStream (focusing on eventual consistency and back-pressure).
✦Lead technical discovery phases and prepare RFCs for new features.
✦Participate in architecture reviews and share your expertise during internal tech talks.
What We Expect From You:
✦2–3+ years of experience within the JVM stack (Java/Kotlin).
✦A solid understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
✦Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases (specifically MongoDB).
✦Product-oriented mindset: You care about user value just as much as code elegance.
✦Location: A desire to work in Kremenchuk and be an active part of our local office community.
